Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

Your order will be shipped via Amazon Fulfillment - orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 - 2 business days, however, there can sometimes be delays that are beyond our control. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with your tracking number.

Available Shipping Rates & Delivery Time (USA only)

  • Standard - Free on orders over $50. (3-6 business days after shipment)
  • Expedited (1-3 business days after shipment)
  • Priority (1 business day after shipment)

The shipping rate is based on product weight. Before the final checkout page, you will be shown what the cost of your shipping will be.

International Orders
Currently we do not ship internationally. Please contact support@drinkade.com if you are interested in purchasing product outside of the U.S.

RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

We stand by our products 100%. If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, notify us by emailing support@drinkade.com. We'll be happy to assist you!

Please note:

* Full refunds will be given only with information including where the product was purchased (include order number if purchased on our website or Amazon) and how it was used.

* The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable, and return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds for unopened items returned in the given time allotment will be credited in the same form as the original payment type.

Cancellations

Cancellations requested after the order has shipped will be considered a return. (see return policy above). Customer will be responsible for the shipping costs if the order has already shipped. 

We will do our best to assist any shipping errors and corrections, however keep in mind that our business hours are Monday-Friday 9am-6pm and orders ship within 1-2 business days after receiving them. If we aren’t notified in a timely manner, then the package could be in transit. 

Customer is responsible for the shipping charges for undeliverable order caused by shipping information errors provided by customer or any matter related to this.
